This isn't uncommon to have this, but there are several products that can help enhance the factory suspension system on your 2019 Entegra Vision 26X combat what you're currently dealing with. I was saying the exact same thing just a couple years ago! Fortunately, there are actually a couple RV E-bike racks that came out recently to answer this demand.
First, I'll address the hitch adapter. While there are hitch adapters like the # RM-077-8 that gives you an 8" drop, this reduces the capacity of your hitch (not your bike rack) by half. The intended installation for both the Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels # UF48-979013 and # UF48-979012 is that you would weld the mounting bracket to the frame and bolt the skid wheel to the bracket. There isn't an indicator for these working with a trailer because the manufacturer only wants these mount to the frame, which is strong enough to handle the pressure unlike your trailer hitch.

Depending on the weight of your electric bikes, the only other rack that can support the 4 bikes you mentioned, and is still RV Rated is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # HR1400Z which can support 4 bikes weighing up to 50lbs each, with tires up to 3" wide.

I've installed more vents than I can count all to separate switches already built into the trailer or motorhome and not once had a single issue with voltage spikes. I have however ran into situations where the vent and another appliance were both ran to the same switch and had too high of a draw when both were being used at the same time, causing the circuit to overload. Running the vent with less than 12 volts is the more likely case for circuit board issues.

The Propane T-Fitting # 37207-30135 you were looking at was designed exactly for this purpose. The 1/4" FIF fitting will allow you to connect a hose like part # 100575-60-MBS to an auxiliary tank to fuel your motorhome's propane system when the onboard tank is empty.
